This home is nestled up on a hill overlooking a cove. It’s the perfect place to unwind and refuel your soul. My husband & I stayed here to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. The area is quite with only the sounds of the ocean below, birds chirping and the occasional rain. We loved the pool area, we fell asleep several times listening to the birds and the ocean. The pool has color changing lights with speakers to listen to music, although we enjoyed the nature sounds more so we skipped using the speakers. One night we set up a candle light dinner by the pool and the setting was so romantic with the stars the pool lights and the ocean waves hitting the cove. It was a perfect night! The main level that you enter in has a stocked kitchen that is equipped to meet all of your cooking needs. Here, there is a half bath upstairs, inside living room, dining room, wrap around deck with lounge chairs, outside dining and a hammock. On the lower level is the master bedroom, large walk in closet, guest room, and a shared bathroom with a shower and separate tub. An additional outside shower is perfect to use when coming out of the pool. Both bedrooms have decks that lead down to the lower pool level. I spent my mornings laying on the lounge chairs taking in the view. The master bed is very comfortable! There is plenty of seating inside and outside to relax. The bugs were not bad at all, we didn’t even use bug spray. Parking is at the front entry and is big enough to fit two cars. The new owners were very through in explaining the ins and outs of the house and are super good at communicating. They are passionate about providing a property that is to high standard. The Manager Nina greeted us upon arrival and let us follow her down to Marigot Bay, she walked us around and showed us the places to dine at. We were so grateful as our journey there was super long and we were very hungry and edgy after making a wrong turn coming in. We did have a couple of issues with the refrigerator going out but the owners & Nina took care of it the next day. The highways in the island are ok if you are traveling north but if you are traveling south or if you go off road they are not good. I used the Island Car company that they recommended and the SUV really paid off going down the dirt roads, the pot holes are horrible.
